THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!!!
I tasted it in the store. I got it home, saw a bag of chips and had some "salsa". Its so good. I'm going to try it over fish tomorrow. Also thinking of mixing it with pasta and cooked chicken. Maybe on a turkey sandwich.

TJ's Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Tapanade
I sed this to bake on top of white fish (flounder). It was really good. The tapenade has a strong taste, you couldn't taste the fish. I think I'll use a thicker fish next time. Used 1/2 jar for 8x8 pan of fish.
DS (4) didn't like it but I didn't expect him to. He eats fish but not big on sauces.
