Planning early! St. Patty's Dat Party!!

My husband and I are already planning our houswarming/St. Patty's Day party. Does anyone have any good, EASY , ideas for food? I would like to have it so that we are grazing through the day so nobody lets the green beer get the best of them. Planning for about 15 adults, maybe more.

If you're looking for easy, I'd probably do a hero and then make some extras. If you want St. Patty's Day themed then mini sheppard's pies, sodabread, rainbow fruit kabobs, scones, a mashed potato bar (with a bunch of fixings!), spinach and artichoke dip and chips. As for desserts Bailey's cream brownies, Chocolate guiness cake with caramel sauce, rainbow cupcakes (can be made from a box mix, just dye the batter with food coloring), key lime pie, creme de menthe cupcakes (shamrock shake cupcakes).

ETA: Also, it's Paddy's Day.

On St. Patty's Day we make French Onion Soup with Irish Cheese and Guinness Burgers. Everyone loves the Guinness Burgers. There is also Guinness Meatloaf which would be easier. If I was having a party, I'd def. add a mashed potato bar with the burgers or meatloaf. I also usually do some sort of Irish whiskey or Guinness cupcakes for dessert. Plus green sugar cookies or something!

We did a st pats party and kept it very very simple, we got a few trays of assorted traditional heros ( Italian , American, chicken, eggplant) , but also got a tray of cornbeef on rye sandwiches to keep with theme. ( I had an even amount of leftovers, I got a bunch of non corned beef choices bc I knew a lot of my family would prefer Italian , I guess you hav to know your crowd).

Then we just did soda bread, and my friends did dessert ( it pretty much became a Pinterest war so I got a lot of cute things). I did baileys pudding shots, and a green punch in addition to other drinks. I also did green s'mores since my party was actually a half-way to st pats party in the fall and we had the fire pit going.
