I'm starting over
OK, so I had been doing well, then went on vacation and it went so downhill. I went shopping for a back to school outfit today and almost cried in the fitting room. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I am going to seriously do something about it. I also plan on TTC soon and if I don't get in shape now, i feel it will spiral out of control. So I am promising myself that I will make a true effort to take control. Tomorrow I will begin counting points again (I really need portion control), and alternating the Firm dvd's and treadmill workouts. I feel positive and am happy to have this board to share my struggles and hopefully accomplishments

 I know exactly how you feel!!! It has actually motivated me to join a gym and I am excited about it!!! I started WW in March and lost about 15 lbs, then came summer, and lots of stress actually, and I gained about 2 or 3 back... Now I am back on track and more motivated than ever!!
