Re: Update on my Paleo progress!
Red meat is not bad. Factory farmed meat is what's bad.
Pastured animals that eat a natural diet (bugs, worms, grass, etc.) are healthy meats.
I think it's a contradiction to claim to be "paleo," but eat factory farmed meat.

You can get pastured nitrate free bacon.
I don't eat it either way but it is possible to get it this way as well.

You’ll find experts out there who swear by soybeans while others are vehemently opposed to it. Still others say soy is okay only if it’s fermented.
Where is this information from? Soy has been a staple in Asian diets for thousands of years and people in these cultures are some of the healthiest on the planet. So are people who live in mediterranean, and beans are a huge part of their diet.
Yes, but beans were properly prepared by traditional cultures by being soaked and sprouted. This process reduces the phytic acid so that it's not longer an anti-nutrient.
Asian cultures also properly prepared their soybeans by fermenting them.
The article I posted address the fermented soybeans. While some believe these are okay, others do not. It's really a matter of personal preference about what you will put in and on your body.

Yea, I agree with Julz It isn't suggested that you eat it several times a day or even every single day. It just sort of became like joke. Especially among Crossfitters.
yes and I LOVE bacon but only eat it once a week.
