WW points in one slice of thin pot roast ?
DH is cooking up a delicious dinner and I don't have the heart not to eat it. I am getting weighed in tomorrow morning after returning to WW last week so don't want to treat myself tonight so thought if I jsut have one piece I will be ok. I have 13 points remaining for today but I have no idea how to count it...

Re: WW points in one slice of thin pot roast ?
Do you have a food scale? If it were me, I would just weigh it (in grams, if possible) and then look it up in etools according to the cut of beef.
For example - I always use bottom round roast for pot roast. And round is considered "lean beef." A thin slice is probably something like 2 oz, which I "think" might be like 3 points. I know I had london broil (top round) the other night -- 4 oz = 5 points. That's not counting gravy or any sauce you might have with it.
I actually wouldn't consider pot roast to be a "bad" or points laden food, or one that I wouldn't eat before weigh in. So eat and enjoy! You can have a couple of slices and a lot of veggies or a salad, and have a really good meal (courtesy of your DH, lucky you!).
