Fitness Classes Rocky Point
I am looking for fitness classes in the Rocky Point/Miller Place/Mt. Sinai/Wading River area. Nothing too extreme. Maybe step aerobics or spin. Something along those lines. I know there is Crossfit in the area but I am not ready for that. Thanks.

Fitness Classes Rocky Point
Powerhouse gym in miller place has great classes, Pilates,Zumba,spin and tons of other ones its worth looking into I love it there!
