Anyone have experience with Millneck?
My daughter is going to be screened at Millneck this week. She is eligible for an integrated class. Has anyone had any experience with this school?

Anyone have experience with Millneck?
i hear its one of the best school for the deaf. since ECC is closing i know about 1/3 of the students will be heading over there... i have heard nothing but good things about it.

The school for the deaf is separate from the ECC at Millneck. My daughter has a screening at the preschool in Millneck (I thought that was the ECC, so I don't know about any closing), so I am interested to know about that. Have you heard about the quality of the preschool at Millneck or just the school for the deaf?

BOCES ECC (early childhood center) is/was located in levittown.... they are closing that location and moving the children to Millneck.
I only know about the Deaf part of the school. sorry....
ECC in levittown deals with HF and the deaf. and i know most children will be going to Millneck or CRC.
we may not be talking about the same program. sorry

A child I consulted for (home programming) went there during the day. He had high functioning autism. The program seemed excellent!
