30 Day Shred help!
Hello! Can you please share the best way to go About this workout? I am doing it after 10pm so I am hoping not to do it ever day. I just did the first day of level 1 and it wasn't that bad at all! Will I really look different in 30 days, Lol?

30 Day Shred help!
Do level 1 each day for a week and then move up to level 2 every other day. For 1-2 weeks and finally level 3 every other day.

this is what I did. Sometimes I would go back to level 1 and 2 sporadically so I am not doing the same exercises everyday.

Thanks! Today will be day 3 of level 1. Looking forward to every other day! I am sore but not too sore!

If you are sore that means the workout is challenging and you may want to hold off on going on to level two.

i found this worked for me: 10 days on level 1 10 on level 2 10 on level 3

Thanks! I wonder how long I will be sore? I havent lifted a finger since 2010 when I was PG with my first, lol.
