Anyone work in a hospital?
I'm specifically curious if part-time employees are elgible for benefits for non-patient care positions (like admin jobs)? If so, which ones?

I work in a hospital and anyone who works a certain amount of hours is benefit eligible. I think it's 18.75 hours per week but i'm not positive. I work 22.5 hours so I know it's less than that!

It depends on the hours you work. I'm PRN so I don't get health benefits or PTO. However they do allow me to participate in their 401K. Another girl I know is flex or part time & she gets health benefits etc.
