Re: WW 360?
I am really loving WW 360 - I re-joined WW in January and lost 31 lbs and am under my goal weight! So I am a fan and think it really works.
I had previously lost weight on the original points plan (Momentum?), but had not tried Points Plus. If you've done Points Plus, before, then WW 360 is the same plan from a technical standpoint -- point values are the same for foods, you still try to follow the Good Health Guidelines (re: drinking water, dairy servings, fruits/veggies, lean protein, whole grains), you still track, and you have a weekly points allowance of 49 points that you can draw on as you need/want to use them.
The 360 component refers more to the themes/discussions focused on in the meetings and materials. It is a more comprehensive approach to the non-technical, emotional support aspects of the plan. I find that I like the 360 structure, and I get a lot of practical tips and new ideas out of the meeting discussions and weekly booklets. The food plan didn't really change from Points Plus, it is just the additional tools that you get that make it the 360 plan.
If you did a previous version of the points counting, but not Points Plus, then the point values for foods will be different -- carb-heavy foods (breads, pastas, etc.) have more points under the Points Plus system than previous versions. Under Points Plus, you definitely get more bang for your buck when you eat lean protein over carbs. Also all fruits are now zero points on the Points Plus Plan (as are most veggies, except for starchy ones like corn and potatoes).
I would definitely give it a try. I convinced my mom to re-join with me, and she was very reluctant, but she is also loving the WW 360 and is down almost 20 lbs.

Re: WW 360?
Thank you so much for the info! I had the Original Points system which I liked. I did also join the Points Plus when it first came out but I really didn't follow it. Maybe I'll look at all of my stuff from there and make a decision if I'll try that again or join again with the 360. Thanks again!
Quick question though, do you get a paper slider to figure out points for certain foods or use that calculator type thing?
