bought some chia seeds at TJ's....now what do i do?! need recipes!
i know they are good for me...so how do i make them? whats something easy that will be YUMMY too?

I made this recently and it was yummy. It got DH and I off our kick of eating ice cream every night!

There are a lot of recipes on Skinnytaste that use chia seeds in puddings, overnight refrigerator oatmeal, smoothies, etc.

i read that you should soak them in water first, has anyone else heard that?
i make puidding using the proportions on the back of the bag and put vanilla or almond extract, soy or almond milk, chia seeds and honey. afterwards i add strawberries.
in shakes or oatmeal.

I like making overnight oats in a jar using chia seeds. I'm also a fan of ST's mango coconut chia pudding. So good!
