soy allergy
a firend of mine just found out she has a soy allergy.
anyone out there with one.
there seems to be some type of soy in almost all foods.
ive been reading that soy letichin is ok but soy bean oil is not.
any advise

my son has a soy protein allergy but I can have soybean oil but not soy letichin (I nurse)

My son has a soy allergy. He can have soy oil and soy lecithin, but not soy flour or soy protein..... Some people can have certain soy products and not others.. Reading labels is the only way to go..
