milk/soy protein allergy kids...come on in, I am going to test him...
So, he's almost 11 months. He doesn't eat and is EBF, so I am going back on cheese and soy. (oh happy days!!)
We figure its better to do it now and go to year appt knowing if he is allergic or not...I want milk in his system so that they can test his dirty diaper again.
any different reactions I should look for?
as a newborn it was terrible acne and poop changes...

In the begining DD had bloody poop then it changed to facial rash.
Just wanted to add towards the end of DD's 1st yr she was able to tolerate my BM even though I ate dairy but she still cannot tolerate eating dairy herself.

Ava's reaction is similar, she still gets the puffy eyes and mucousy cough, but we've added a really horrible, ***** diaper rash Trust me, you'll know.

Andy gets bad eczema all over his body, he must be in pain when he eats b/c he used to fight the bottle and bloody mucus in his stool.

Thanks! sounds like its going to be bad I have been dreading doing this....but the dr was pushing me to do it at 9 months.
(I just came back from pizza!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! I love cheese )
I bought him some cheese crackers and puffs. I am going to start with that and see.

She would rash (face and/or butt), looser stools, and have abdominal pain or some kind of pain. Obvious crankiness ok screaming! ESP at night for some reason.
I had the RAST test done, I didn't like doing the at home challenges. They scared me.

welll...we were up all night. He is so stuffy. Nose is running like a faucet. So I guess that's that.

I am so disappointed.
the ped wrote a script for the lab. It really was worth it. I thought she was allergic to soy too, but she's not. Either she outgrew it or I miss read signals.
