Need food help for party
Hi, We're having a party next weekend. I want to do all the cooking the day before but I'm not really sure what food holds well. Please help I want to make a pasta dish and maybe sausage & peppers??? Any suggestions on what I can make the day before. I'm open to anything.

I suggest baked ziti. It's easy and reheats well in the oven, then you can keep it warm over a sterno. Sausage and peppers will also hold up well. You can also do chicken cutlets the day before too. Do steamed broccoli tossed with garlic, salt and olive oil. And a large garden salad.

Need food help for party
I would do a pasta dish like baked ziti, eggplant parm, sausage and peppers, a chicken dish and a salad.

Fried Chicken (can be served room temp), pasta salad, corn on the cob, roasted red potato salad with a mustard viniagrette, Grilled or roasted Veggies (portabella mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.) Jambalaya with shrimp, kielbasa, rice, etc. Green salad with strawberries, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, pomegranite viniagrette. Corn bread.

Need food help for party
Sausage and peppers is perfect. I cooked for DD's birthday and did most things the day before. Aside from sausage and peppers we had pulled pork, pasta with peas and pesto (served cold), a cold quinoa salad, and I marinated chicken overnight and just threw it in the oven a little before dinner.
