What veggies can I grill on the BBQ
I like to do veggie skewers to grill on the BBQ - usually do peppers, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini. Any ideas for others veggies I can use?

cherry tomatoes
onions
sections of corn on the cob (boil first)
ETA: small potatoes (parboil first)

i have a grill pan and put in sliced eggplant, zucchini, tomatos, and raddicchio salt pepper oregano and a lil olive oil. it is AMAZING. sooo filling and healthy

we used a grill pan and mix things up all the time... here is a list of what makes it in the rotation (we LOVE grilled veggies!):
broccoli
onions
mushroom (regular slice ones, portobella, etc)
asparagus
peppers
brussel sprouts
we don't do any zucchini, tomatoe and eggplant cause DH can't eat seeds, but those are yummy too

I saw them grilled romaine lettuce, like the whole bunch this week on The Chew.. I want to try that.

We do that with Radicchio. Grill it, and then cut it up and toss with oil/balsamic vinegar and some garlic salt.

We do that with Radicchio. Grill it, and then cut it up and toss with oil/balsamic vinegar and some garlic salt.
We do the romaine....awesome! Drizzle a little vinegrette or balsamic reduction afterwards on it & sprinkle some gorgonzola or blue cheese.

You know what's AMAZING on the grill?
Sweet potatoes! Slice them into semi thin discs.toss in olive oil and then grind some sea salt and a little pepper on them.
Put on a grill pan and turn half way through.
Delish!!!

I never thought to grill them.....I don't know why, but I typically just do reg little potatoes.

They come out incredible like this! Someone did it at a party we were at and they were so delicious I had to do them at home. They come out nice and crisp if you slice them like that too.

You could grill just about anything. They sell these wire baskets with a handle you can put on the grill that fit even the smallest of veggies
