Heartworm Prevention for outdoor cats
I am under the impression that cats do not normally contract heartworm bc they aren't the preferred host. But, it can happen I guess as a fluke thing. The cat we recently adopted is now an outdoor/indoor cat and I am wondering if I should give her preventative treatment. I only see 1 available product and I hate to give unnecessary medication.
