woo hoo...beta is finally negative!!!
Only took us 9 weeks to taper.... GRRR!!! But hey, atleast all I have to do now is wait for AF then we can try again!!! 
This MC was a slight blessing in disguise because it forced me to not STRESS over ovulation, sonos, blood work, IUIS, trigger, etc. These last two months have been kinda nice  when we want to as opposed to when a damn stick  s back at me!! 
Heres to hoping AF comes soon....

Congrats!!!!
I remember you had an ectopic too. You're able to start trying again now? My doctor told me that I have to wait 3 months AFTER my beta gets to 0...

REally? Did he say why? it has been three months since our last IUI, but three months since the time you go negative seems crazy to me!!

Because the methotrexate needs time to be fully metabolized... it's still working in your system until beta gets to zero and starts leaving your system at that point. I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist of it. I was really really REALLY upset when I heard this. My beta was 26.9 as of Wednesday.

I have not heard that either. A friend of mine recently had an ectopic and I believe she waited for one AF in between and then got pregnant the next cycle! It was under the care of an RE too, so I am sure they were closely monitoring everything

I actually asked mine about this b/c I had read on here you should wait three months so I questioned it before the methotrexate. I'm sure every RE has their own way of doing things so I guess i'm just glad mine is not the three months....sorry  but on another note....you tapered pretty quickly....
