moving forward after a MC

I had an early mc (4.5 weeks) in June. I know you never truly get over it and never forget, and that many have suffered later and more devastating losses, but how do you move past the anger, sadness and the fear that it will happen again?

I have bad anxiety and was very nervous with my first pregnancy, but calmed down a lot once we saw a heartbeat and while I was nervous for each appointment I was ultimately able to enjoy my pregnancy. Now that I have experienced a loss I feel like it will always hang over me Chat Icon

You just put one step in front of the other. I've had 2 now, and will be seeing an RE in October once my insurance is kicked in (DH just started a new job). It's good to remember that you are NOT alone... and just allow yourself to feel what you're feeling. If it's 3 months later and you have a day where you need to cry - allow yourself to cry!

It's very emotional but time DOES ease it. It helps to read positive stories and just to know there will be a light at the end of the tunnel and to remain strong and positive.

I'm going through a 3rd loss and trying to focus on the positive things in my life, and to have faith that this WILL work out, just not at the moment.
