Spanish yellow rice recipe?
Does anyone have a good recipe for yellow rice? I've tried Skinny Taste's but didn't care for it.

Spanish yellow rice recipe?
Unless you we worried about sodium or cooking for a large crowd, I just buy Carolina's yellow rice for $.79 on sale

it's sooooooooo salty!! we've done it half carolinas half plain rice.

I do this too and add some Adobo seasoning...so yummy!!

1 cup rice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1/4 tsp. sugar
Mix it all together and pour it into pan with 2 cups of boiling water. I add a tbsp. of butter, let it cook on high for a minute, then cover it and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Delicious, and my husband says it's better than Goya's yellow rice.
