sinus infection

I thought I had a toothache, but the dentist said I am fine. I have pain on my face, headache, etc and they said I most likely am suffering from a sinus infection. I never had one before, what are some good over the counter meds?

Whenever I have sinus issues, I always feel it in my teeth!

I like mucinex D... and saline spray! Feel better!

I have the beginnings of one now but am trying not to take anything because I'm 9weeks pregnant... UGH this is terrible!

Sudafed! I always feel it in my cheek and upper gums.

Thanks everyone. I do not know how you all handle these, they are really horrible.

This is my first time ever and they said it could have been brought on with the very dry air...I am praying we get some rain soon!

If you find you still don't feel well after taking some decongestants for a few days, or you get a fever, you might need an antibiotic to clear it up.
I usually do if it's a true infection.

1200 mg's of mucinex every 12 hours for 3 days straight and lots of water.
