No-Kill Shelter
Can someone recommend a no-kill shelter?
A friend of mine has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently going through treatments. She had to relocate to a healthier/stable living situation and has two cats she cannot take with her.
They are a pair that she would like to keep together as they are grandparent/grandchild.
Any suggestions? TIA!

Try and see if can get them rehomed. Unfortunately most no kills are booked. Do not put on Craigslist.

Re: No-Kill Shelter
Most no-kills are not really "no-kills." They will transfer to a kill shelter. Almost every time I post this, someone debates with me; however, it is 100% true.
I am very, very sorry about your friend.

Try New Rochelle Humane Society- last I heard they were unable to take any more cats but that could have changed. If they cannot take them that will allow you to post a listing on their website.
