For those of you who see a RE, when did you try again?
I'm 2 weeks post op D&C and I'm still bleeding. I'm supposed to start morning monitoring today for my next iui but I'm weary of doing that while I'm still bleeding. He told me that I could be ovulating this early and he could do another round if I am ovulating. Obviously, I didn't go. I called my doc but I haven't heard back yet.
How long after your MC did you start up again? My doc hasn't done any post op blood work on me either but he said it wasn't necessary. It seems weird but he's the renowned expert so I'm sure he knows better than me. Just to add, I haven't used any meds like Clomid as of yet and that seemed relevant when he was advising me.
Is 2 weeks post D&C too soon to start again?

You can ovulate 2 weeks post d&c and some people do get pregnant and have healthy babies. But I would assume they would at least want to do a sono and make sure there isn't any remaining tissue. I think most doctors want you to wait one af although its not necessarily medically necessary. In your case where you are still bleeding I would wait for things to settle down.

definitely definitely definitely wait at least one cycle for the inflammation in your uterus to come down. Implantation impacts your pregnancy up until the day you deliver. You want the best most healthy circumstances for that little one to implant. It's a pain to wait it out a cycle, but consider it a worthwhile investment.
Any dr who tells you otherwise, I'd be weary of- personally.
Good luck!!

Re: For those of you who see a RE, when did you try again?
I didn't have a D&C with my MC but I agree with Pennycat. Give your body a break. There is a lot of mixed opinion out there about when to try again but personally, I think I would never be able to forgive myself if I got PG right away and it didn't work out again. I had to wait one full cycle after my first AF at my RE's suggestion bc he wanted to run a bunch of tests and whatnot. Even though he is pretty sure both my chemical and MC were just very bad luck (I have had one healthy pregnancy already), I feel more comfortable ruling out other possibilities before ttc again.
It was very hard to resist the urge to TTC the cycle after my MC bc I knew I was ovulating and a small part of me wanted to just throw caution to the wind and try again. But ultimately, I'm glad we waited. I am expecting AF any day now and then we are ready to go again. (assuming all my tests come back ok).
Best of luck to you!
