Circle and Bloom?
I just googled it and went onto their website. They have a free MP3 download. To be honest, anything that's going to REDUCE stress is a good thing, regardless of it if works for these purposes. And reducing stress can only help! I would try the free download first to try it out.

Just started this a couple days ago. Today I started the "cycle" programs and so far so good. Very very relaxing. I don't know if they work , as in bfp. But it does reduce stress.

I think these are the ones I used too. Very calming that I would fall asleep listening to them at night. Also used them in the car, left it on once for the valet

I love circle and bloom, I used the program during my last IVF & FETand it completely relaxes me. I go in my bedroom light a candle dim the lights and listen through headphones, I highly recommend it,,!!!
