Bona Floor Polish - Hardwood Floor Scratches

Has anyone used the floor polish for filling in scratches on your hard wood floors? I am wondering how well it works. We are turning our office into a nursey and noticed that under the desk chair there are some scratches in the floor. The rest of the floor looks great so i don't want to spend the money and hassle of refinishing the entire floor.

I'd just put an area rug, usually those store bought "polishes" cause more harm than good, it can be very difficult to remove if you want to do refinishing down the road...
