Re: Too much Stuff???
I wish I didn't bored of stuff so easily. I know I buy too much and even have things with tags still on them hanging up in the closet. Sometimes I'll find something I had forgotten about and it's like "ooh why haven't I worn this more often!"

Re: Too much Stuff???
I've tried to cut back on my purchases from makeup to clothing to accessories. If I have any doubts about something (whether it's fit or just whether I really love it or not), then I won't purchase it or I return it. If I think it's something I'll no longer wear or it's something I haven't worn in over a year, I donate it. (Even if it's new with tags, I just don't have the patience for eBay.)
I primarily shop online, so I'll place a bunch of things in my "shopping cart" and wait a day or two to re-think my decision. Usually I end up asking myself "Do I really need that?" and the answer is no.

I do this, too. It's my 24-hour test. If I really like something, I wait 24 hours. And if I'm still thinking about it/want it/need it/etc., then I go get it. 75% of the time I'll forget about it or rethink the decision.

Re: Too much Stuff???
I have two main problems...
- A closet in our basement that is dedicated to my formal dresses (takes up about 25% of the space) and my many, many Indian outfits (takes up the other 75% of it). I've amassed a lot of them over the years from DH's family.
- Concert tees. I can't part with them. I have entirely too many, but the memories attached to them are worth the space I need for them. My very first Pearl Jam shirt is naturally hanging in my 'formalwear' closet in the basement...next to my wedding gown.
Other stuff, I can purge easily. I buy a lot of things from Forever 21, Joe Fresh, etc...so it lasts for a bit and then I toss it. Keeps things interesting.
But if anyone is invited to an Indian wedding and needs to borrow an outfit and you're a size Medium...let me know...LOL...I have tons to loan out!

Please I always wanted to go to an Indian wedding or have a reason to wear one. Im going to have my own just to have an excuse.
I remember being invited to my neighbors party but I was away at college. 10 years later and still bitter about that
