Baking small loaves at the same time!

Hi

I am taking home some 4x6 loaves from my DDs class tomorrow to bake and then return the following day for them to eat.

From what I can gather I will have about 6 of those disposable 4 x6 tins. I will ask the teacher for the temp / timing etc but wondered what the best strategy I would use for baking them. Three at a time on the middle rack of the oven?

TIA...

PS Praying I wont burn them!!

Also what is the best way to store them overnight once they are cooled - just wrap the top in foil?

I would put them on a cookie sheet so it is easier to put in/take out of the oven. There's no reason you can't bake all 6 at once. I would rotate the cookie sheet halfway through baking so the ones in the back are in the front.

And yes - foil sounds fine. Just make sure they are totally cooled.

Yup, she means a plain old baking tray.
