Brunch menu
I am having a "Girls Holiday Brunch" for my friends next weekend. Here's my menu so far:
bagles/muffins/pastries
fruit salad
breakfast casserole
veggie platter
green salad
shrimp cocktail
penne a la vodka
and some dips (spinach/artichoke; crab)
cheese and crackers
brownies
cupcakes
What else do you think I should include?

your menu is very savory... maybe make a sweet brunch option, like a baked french toast? you can put it together the night before and just bake it off that morning.
