How do I mix 4 menopurs?
I know 2 powders can go with 1cc of water. If I'm
doing 4 powders, should I do double the saline? I can't find too many threads with 300iu of menopur :/

You can mix up to 6 vials per 1cc. Do it just like you did the 2 vials. Do not increase the amount of saline.

I did 4 vials with 1cc. Saline doesn't change :)
