Farmingdale Questions
Anyone have feedback on the "Fairway Estates" section? According to google maps its wedged in between hempstead turnpike and central ave. with Bethpage state pkwy to the west.
The listing says schools :22... no idea what that means...Anyone know specifically which schools this is zoned for?
The house literally backs up to the LIRR which worries us. It also backs up to Bethpage state park.
Any and all info would ne appreciated. Thanks!

Farmingdale Questions
I think it's a nice area but the proximity to the LIRR would deter me from moving there. Personal preference. I'm 2 miles from the LIRR and I can hear the train on quiet nights. I wouldn't want to be any closer. Again, personal preference.

Farmingdale Questions
Those houses are nice and not cheap but I would NEVER buy one because of the RR. I live in Farmingdale and love the area and would love to be over in the village but not that close to the RR.
