Progesterone - 2 quick questions

My last day of taking Crinone was Tuesday. My beta was negative so they told me to stop taking it and call them when I get AF to start a new cycle of clomid. When will AF arrive? My temp dropped yesterday and even more today but all I had was some very minimal spotting on Tuesday and nothing since. I'm getting anxious.

Also, are there any "natural" methods to help increase progesterone? Like maybe a supplement, vitamin, herbal tea, etc??? I have to say, this was my first time on Crinone and that stuff is NASTY! I am willing to try anything this time around to hopefully avoid having to take it again next cycle.

Progesterone - 2 quick questions

1. AF always arrived 3 days after I stopped taking progesterone. You will most likely get AF today or tomorrow.

2. I am not sure if there are natural methods, but you can ask to take PIO instead - no mess.
