Installing Sliding Glass Doors
The house we are purchasing has no sliding glass doors to the deck area. Where I was thinking of putting them, there is a window right now. Was thinking about doing this come spring. Anyone have ball park figures for this?

We did it this summer. The slider was about $800 and our carpenter is a family friend who charged us per day $300. It only took him a day to do it but he also did a Reno on our kitchen.

We did when we moved in - if I remember correctly the door cost $1000 and labor somewhere around 600-900 bucks

awesome! More reasonable than I thought! Should be able to add that to the budge to have done by late spring! Summer BBQ entertaining will be so much easier now!
