what stroller for plane trip?

I have a city mini but I was wondering about getting either a double or two single umbrellas
Thoughts?

I would bring single umbrella strollers. They sell special clips to clip them together, so you can use them separate or as a double. We flew last year and my cheap umbrella stroller was so beat up after our short flight to Orlando. I wouldn't want them to ruin a nice stroller!

what stroller for plane trip?

we use a jeep brand umbrella stroller for plane trips and it has worked out pretty well each time, no complaints... on amazon

It is super light and relatively easy to fold up while juggling kids and bags. We normally use a city select which honestly would be a nightmare for us while going through security or while boarding bc of the side/weight.

Are you going to need the stroller when you get there? I would assess my needs based on that - if you are just in need of a stroller for airport travel, I would go the cheap umbrella route but, if you are going to need a stroller at your destination that needs a sun shade and recline - I would take the City Mini.

I don't have twins but, have travelled with my City Mini double with no problems.

Cool thanks for the info. I wonder: do they shrink-wrap it or does it just go loosey-goosey?

Jet Blue didn't strink-wrap... it looked like they just threw them in the cabin. They all came out with black scuffs on them.

They put it on the plane as is. We have a travel bag for our City Mini double.
