What stroller did you take on a plane?
I am wondering if i should bring my city mini and gate check it or if i should buy a cheaper stroller just in case it gets damaged. I really dont want to buy a second stroller unless its too big of a risk to bring the more $ one. What did you do?

I've gate checked my stroller plenty of times and we've never had a problem. We have the Chicco Liteway.

I've gate checked the city mini several times, never an issue.

Re: What stroller did you take on a plane?
We gate checked our City Mini four times now (with a cover on it - those red stroller bag covers) and haven't had any issues.
I'd much rather gate check it than check it in with luggage. Gate check goes more or less straight into the luggage hold. Checking it in with luggage means it goes through a ton of places, gets thrown around more, lots more chance to get messed up.
Same with our carseat.

We have the Uppababy Vista and bought the Uppababy G-lux to travel with. We checked it at the gate and had no problem at all.
