National Grid Billing
It seems like National Grid has switched over to a new system, and not only can I not get in with my old login information, account information- but the office is closed and no one can help me.
I have direct billing, and it looks as though they never took out for my December bill, and am getting not only a late charge to my account but got an email confirmation they are taking out for the payment twice now. I can't get into the system to disconnect my bank information until this gets resolved.
I was wondering if anyone else is having problems. I knew something was off when I got 2 bills from them in 1 week. One being what we normally pay and one being double.

Yes. I got two bills in the mail in the last two days going back to the spring, stating I have almost $300 in credit, which I do not. There is no way. It has to be incorrect. I tried calling on Friday and was waiting for almost 20 min. I will try again tomorrow.

you have to create a new login based of your old login information (well, thats what i did at least)

I did the same thing. Plus, I can't say that I'm having issues with my payments, but they changed the payment date to be earlier than I am used to, by about 1 week. They took out automatically and have had no issues (except that this month seems to be estimated at MUCH higher than I've EVER paid for gas).
