Citibank Safe Deposit box
Does anyone know how many keys they give out for each box? I only find one key and have exhausted all my secret places. Any chance this bank only gives out one key?
I tried calling but my branch is not answering the phone today. Maybe they are understaffed due to the storm.

Citibank Safe Deposit box
Chase gives two keys. When I closed my sd box, I couldn't find the second key and they charged me $25.00. Call citi bank and ask them.

When I went in and spoke to a lovely lady at my branch, she quietly whispered to me that I can go to a hardware store and have an identical key made up. $6 later and everyone was happy
