I'm interested to see answers for this too...thanks for posting! We just ordered a new induction stove for the new house and will need new pots/pans.

Re: Induction cookware

Costco has a set.

I've had an induction range for several years and that's where I purchased my cookware set from, along with a couple of non-stick pieces from Williams-Sonoma.

Do you know the brand from Costco? I don't have a membership there but do have one at BJ's.

My cookware is Kirkland brand, but BJs definitely carries induction cookware on their website. The cookware will state it's induction compatible.

My 2 cents... Buy one or two really good pots and add one at a time as you can. Like good kitchen cabinets, good pots will last a lifetime and bring you pleasure every day. These are the things you will use every day of your life. This is where it pays to buy quality in both design and performance. Good luck.

Re: Induction cookware

Is that the stove that boils water in 90 secs?

All you need is a magnetic set. My mom has an electrolux and I just took a magnet with me when we went shopping for her pot set.

The fact that it boils water (even large pots) super fast is one of the reasons why we're incorporating both an induction cooktop and a gas range in our kitchen reno. Chat Icon The induction will be my primary cooktop. Chat Icon
