Potluck dish to bring to baby shower

Any ideas of something that does not require heating?

They already have salad, greek dip, baked ziti and a few desserts. Ideas for main meal of hearty app? Oh and it has to be vegetarian. TIA!

Cheese Platter with Crackers
Mozz, Sundried Tomatoes and Basil Sandwiches

Caprese skewers or antipasto skewers

Spinach pie/spanikopita

Savory cheesecake (I made a pretty one that I think was a giada recipe with pesto, roasted red peppers, etc) with crackers or veggies

Some kind of pinwheel...lots of recipes on pinterest. Usually tortilla with some kind of cream cheese and veggie mixture, rolled up and sliced (can do tex mex, ranch, etc). Colorful and would make a nice platter.

Some kind of savory bread or muffin? Like Paula Deans corn casserole, or one of the Wilkims-Sonoma muffin recipes (they have a spinach florentine and a tomato goat cheese one that are both good)
