I feel ridiculous asking this but I'm a bit out of the times..
I'm going out in NYC for a 30th bday party for DH's cousin.
Is a tank top with a blazer/jeans/heels ok?? I would think so but i'm sitting here like an idiot wondering if blazers are still in!! LOL.
I do go out from time to time to dinner with DH or a ladies night and just wear a nice top/jeans. But i want to look a little dressier without wearing a dress. Any help? Inspiration?
For what its worth, I had a baby 7 months ago and haven't lost all the weight so feeling a bit blah. But i've lost a bit recently and just got back into size 12 stuff. (usually a 10).

LOL, ok!! I've seen them everywhere and always love the look of a fitted blazer with jeans and heel but wanted to make sure. Sigh..never used to have to think about this stuff!!

Yep!! And I would add a nice statement necklace. They are very fashionable right now and you can get a great one for under $20 in many places. They really elevate an outfit!

blazers a a permanent staple in my wardrobe - I don't care if they're 'in' or not.
Jsut try to do something with a bit of shape to it ......nothing too big/boxy
