I think the dress is blue? I looked it up on Rent the runway and its a royal blue. If thats the case i think you can def wear it in the summer.

That is a hot, hot dress! And speaking of "hot", I would imagine you will be VERY hot in it in July, so I would look for something similar but with no sleeves.

It's beautiful...depends on the location - beach / garden wedding = No but an indoor heavy with the AC affair then yes. Its smokin hot - wish I had the body to wear it and I would wear it year round
