Follicle size and progesterone question

So i decided to do a clomid/timed intercourse cycle this month due to the fact that my RE messed up so info with insurance. I went in for my BW and sono today and i had 3 follicles on the left side that were 6mm, 17mm and 30mm so they had me trigger today and told me to BD the next 3days.

My question is are those follicle sizes good? I was concerned about the 30mm one because it was quite big but the nurse said it was fine and the 6mm they said was too small to count as being ready.

Also, when should i start with the progesterone suppositories? I know its once a day till i can take a PG test but forgot when i would start.

I'm unsure about the 30mm (my highest was 23mm), but my RE said anything over 17mm is a good size. Plus the trigger shot gives them an extra little boost before the release.

Did your RE mention when they wanted you to begin the supps? For my first ever cycle, I started them on 7dpiui after the b/w showed my P4 was low. Ever since then, each IUI I've done, I have started the supps the day after the IUI.

The 17 is prob your best bet. After the third day of bd, wait three more days then start the sups.
