21 Main v. Insignia
How do their prices compare? (Insignia doesn't list prices on their website which I hate). It's really up to me which one we go to, but I think the person whose birthday it is would prefer to try Insignia. We've never been to either one. So, jsut wondering if there is a significant price difference

21 Main is slightly less expensive- but not significantly where it would be a deal breaker, kwim?
However the service and food at 21 Main is head and shoulders above Insignia.
Insignia to me is just a wanna be cool, look at me how trendy am I ? kind of place that is so overrated.
I would NEVER go back.
I was so very unimpressed.

I would NEVER go back.
I was so very unimpressed.
I have heard that about Insignia and would prefer 21 Main, but trying to also be considerate of the wishes of the birthday person (who I think is just impressed by the trendiness of Insignia - but its for a 16 yr old, so I don't want to disappoint).

21 Main v. Insignia
I've never been to 21 Main but I have been to Insignia. Their food was AMAZING and the restaurant is beautiful but I did find them to be a bit overpriced and their staff wasn't necessarily friendly.

I agree with this as well. Although, I was so unimpressed that I too would hate giving them any business.

Thanks everyone - made a change in plans and decided to go to Jewel. But will eventually get to 21 Main (and some of the others mentioned that I haven't been to yet)
