Cooked chicken in a crock pot
I have all of the ingredients to make chicken chili but the chicken is cooked. If I put it on low for a few hours will it dry out or should I put the chicken in at the end?

I would put it in, with all of the wet ingredients, I highly doubt the chicken will dry out... if anything it might help make it more moist and pull apart easier.

I always make my chicken chili with roasted chicken. I just do it on the stove for 30-60 minutes and it's great. I think it would be fine in the crockpot on low. Maybe only do 3 hours or so.

I wouldn't..........it will dry out. You don't want to re-cook cooked chicken, especially for hours.
Add it at the end if anything.
