Exercising in am with acid reflux
I have some symptoms in the morning and I like to exercise in the morning. Is it ok or should i llet them subside? No symptoms around chest they in in throat and that area.

I don't see why not. I have reflux (silent type), and exercise sometimes in the morning. Reflux doesn't induce a heart attack or anything if that is what you are worried about. If you haven't tried Manuka Honey for your reflux, try it. Working great for me along with Mastic Gum extract. Also get tested for H. Pylori
