PMS in full effect UPDATE:Cured my PMS Symptoms (for now)
And I still have 7 days until AF shows!
I am feeling angry, and extremely bloated.
4 lbs. worth to be exact.
God help everyone in my path the next 7 days.
That is all.
UPDATE: Last night I curbed my PMS with a shit ton of food and 2 ice cream sandwiches. Then topped it all off at 2am with almost an entire bag of sour cream & onion potato chips(which I think I'll finish for breakfast)
Feeling much better

Are you doing any acupuncture, Phyl?
That can sometimes stabilize hormone levels so pms isn't so terribly with the highs and lows. I'm hoping everything's out of wack bc a little guy is implanting in there!

I used to do accu and I loved it. But it's just way too expensive

I can relate to how you're feeling. The bloat, tender boobs and headaches are killing. if looks could kill everyone who looks my way would be......
I slept my way through this weekend. Perhaps a little extra resst would help
