Same here.
After I bake it, I take the foil off and broil it for a few minutes to brown/crisp the cheese on top but that's a personal preference.

Yup, what everyone said, though I take off the foil for the last 15 minutes to make the top brown, bubbly, and ooey gooey.

I mix my ziti noodles with ricotta and seasoned ground turkey, then layer it with sauce and cheese like you would a lasagna. Never had an issue with it drying.

Branchinelli's just opened by me in Miller Place...the pizza is awesome but I never tried the dinners...what makes it so special?
