4th of July BBQ menu?
8 adults three toddlers...
I am going to do
Antipasto skewers
veggies and dip
chips and dip
filet mignon
Burgers and hot dogs for kids mainly but adults obviously are welcome to them also
cabbage salad with apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, gorgonzola
I think my friend is making potato salad
portobello mushrooms
other friend is bringing dessert.
What should I add? pasta salad? my friend might bring empandas and chorizo also

Yes, I think pasta salad would be a good idea. My menu looks like this so far:
potato chips/onion dip
tortilla chips/guac & salsa
veggie platter with tzatiziki sauce
spinach dip
Pulled BBQ pork
Burgers/dogs on potato rolls
cole slaw
pasta with broccoli, EVOO, garlic & romano
roasted sweet potatoes (maybe)
baked beans (pioneer woman recipe I think)
quinoa salad (friend bringing)
cucumber salad
brownies
chocolate chip cookies (friend bringing)
fruit kabobs or fruit salsa with cinnamon pita chips

I would definitely add a cold pasta salad - tortellini salad is my favorite.
