Need a make-ahead potato dish
My father-in-law babysits once a week, and he gets dinner ready for DS, DH, and himself because I get home late that day. I always make dinners the night before that are easy for him to reheat in oven, microwave, or stove. Between that limitation and the pickiness of DH, the rotating list is small lol. Any good make-ahead potato dishes besides mashed potatoes?

twiced baked potatoes. he can reheat that in the oven and so yummy!!

Need a make-ahead potato dish
You can make mashed potatoes then put the leftovers in a baking dish, cover with cheese, and he can throw it in the oven the next night.
