Best way to cook lobster tail?
Going to uncle g's to get some lobster tails! What's the easiest way to cook them?

Best way to cook lobster tail?
A lot of supermarkets will steam lobster for you while you shop. If they offer that it's definitely the easiest!

split the shell, lay them on top of the shell, place in baking pan with a little water on bottom and a pad of butter on top of each, bake!

We usually steam them, but I prefer them broiled...
