What would you consider fmu if you wake up a lot throughout the night to pee? I feel like by the time I actually wake up in the morning it might be very diluted...

I always wondered this myself. I consider FMU the first time I get up to pee after I fall asleep, as that is likely to be the most concentrated. For example, if I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 2am to pee, that's my FMU.

They say it's your longest sleep. So if you usually go from 10pm-2am and then 2-7am, u would count the 7am one. But it's really so close 4hrs-5hrs that I doubt it really matters.
