Can you use FMU with the CBE Digital OPK?

Can you use FMU with the CBE Digital OPK?
I know you usually cannot use FMU for OPKs but the box says OK to use anytime of the day - but should be same time. I've been doing between 7-8PM.

You can - but then usually you'll only detect the end of your surge (you won't get 2 days since you'll miss the surge the night before).

Depending on how strict you want to be...
My GYN suggested - since we're officially one year TTC to do one OPK in the am and one in the early PM (around 4pm) to zero in on the actual surge and then BD like rabbits for that day and next three...
